Welcome to a (very chilly) Thursday morning here downunder and Thriving on Thursday. I don't 'do' the cold weather very well and even though it is officially winter here in the southern hemisphere, it's too damn cold for my liking. I can remember growing up it was always quite cold with the occasional frost on the grass or my car windscreen icing over and it's got a little bit like that. Maybe it's just because I'm older and the bones are getting a little more 'creaky'. No matter. I'm dressing warming, eating hearty warm meals and keeping warm. Only one and a half months until Spring, but who's counting? Let's check out this week's features from last week's party. Here's my top 3 food and non food posts.

Easy on your countdown to spring there Anne! That means the arrival of autumn around here, and I'm enjoying the heat right now :)
ReplyDeleteSo you're telling me I'm heading for colder weather than we have in SA right now ;-) Thanks for the party, Anne ! {am trying to get back into the swing again !}

Thanks for the party, Anne!
ReplyDeleteI guess it's all what you get used too. My husband's cousin who lives up in the mountains of New York would be wearing shorts in weather that you describe. Sounds cozy to me... but I melt when it just gets a little warm her in the summer. Well stay warm and thank you for the party.
ReplyDeleteThank you for featuring my Flower post! Thanks for hosting as well!
ReplyDeleteHello Gorgeous! I love stopping by your party each week. We would love it if you would stop by our party. We pin and tweet every masterpiece! Lou Lou Girls

Moved from Sydney in January to the central coast.. Like being nearer the beach but don't like all the rain & wind we get! Cheers, Denyse x
