Pinning & Singing: "We're all going on a ... Summer Holiday"

All I'm thinking about at the moment is going on a Summer holiday. Birthdays are over with for this year and Christmas is just around the corner, but we've started a tradition a couple years ago of going on a small summer holiday to firstly, relax after a busy school year and second, to relax before the onslaught of Christmas. Did I say relax? I'm not sure you can relax too much when you've got a 7 year old and a 5 year old who want to be swimming every second of the day while on holiday but it will be a different (serene) location and I guess I get happy seeing the kids happy.

There might be a few of these mocktails being made for the warm, balmy evenings. (Only mocktails because I'll be on my own and you never know when you might need to drive to the ER at 9pm at night. It's not like I haven't done it before!)

And undoubtedly, there'll be fish and chips for dinner at least one night

    A nice vacation sounds wonderful :) :) I'll bet Australia has some amazingly gorgeous places to visit and relax in :) Oh, the fish and chips...that is a definite must :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)

    This has just warmed me up on a chilly Melbourne Day! We are heading down the beach between Xmas and New year, hopefully I will be knocking back some of those yummy drinks!
