I’ve come across so many bits of leftover lace in my Nanna’s stash. I tell you. She didn’t throw out a thing. Its so lovely to see all these vintage, and some antique, pieces of lace. Some are only small pieces and not much left to trim a dress or sleeve let alone anything else. I saw recently on Pinterest a lace sampler and I thought what a beautiful idea. I’ve seen these other ideas for inspiration.

AMAZING ideas!!!Thank you for sharing!!!
So pretty! I've got to try making one of those burlap totes!
All such sweet ideas. But would you believe I'm about to gift all my lace trim etc (and I have quite) a bit to online friend so she can create little bits of magic with them.
Some beautiful ideas here Anne to use up some of your Grandmother's lace!
I am particularly loving that lamp shade. Hope you are having a great weekend

There is just something about old lace – beautiful! 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing this project at the Rock N Share linky party. I love old lace too…I have some of my grandmother's old lace collars. Hope you’ll join in again next week! Blessings, D@TheShadyPorch
All these projects are gorgeous! I love the first item and the lampshade!
Thank you for such inspirational photos. I am the proud new owner of 14 pounds of vintage lace so I am collecting ideas for using it!
I just found your site through a party link. Enjoyed scrolling through these photos. I just received lots of lace, ribbons and baubles from my mom's sewing projects over the years as well as my grandmother's sewing box.

I am addicted to add linens and old lace. These are some very lovely uses for vintage lace. You can never have too much of it.
Have a wonderful Sunday,
