In year’s past, I’ve always baked cookies for teacher’s Christmas presents. I can’t argue that some of those store bought buttery shortbread or fruit mince tarts all look and taste good but I get a big thrill out of baking and giving it to someone as a gift to thank them for all their hard work. I know exactly what ingredients I’m putting in them and only use the best. They still work out cheaper than if I’d bought them from the store and in most cases you usually can’t find my flavour combinations in the store. So I thought I’d share a few cookie recipes from my blog to inspire you in case you wanted to give cookies this Christmas.

Your cookies all look delicious, Anne! I don't think I could pick a favourite, although those homemade custard creams look particularly tempting 🙂
