Easter always falls around end of term and school vacation time for our kids here in Australia and to get the kids away from the television and electronic devices, I created this list of Easter egg crafts and recipes for older kids to make.
Gone are the days where 100% supervision is required for my kids. There’s usually still a mess to clean up but I can usually leave them to do their own thing from time to time. School holidays and Easter time here in Australia is a great opportunity for them to create some lovely crafts suitable for gift giving plus some healthy (and not so healthy) treats that they’re quite capable of doing on their own. It’s the cleaning up part I’m still working on. Hope some of these ideas help you keep your older children busy this Easter time.
