Basic Ingredients
The Irish diet has come along way since the bread, milk and potatoes diet before the 20th century. The ingredients have remained simple and easy to prepare and are hearty and full of flavour. They are simple to prepare with very few ingredients or are left to simmer over a long, slow heat. Perfect for the busy lifestyle.
