There is a way to save a ton of money off your weekly grocery bill. I’ve been doing it all my life. I want to teach you how to do it too with my brand new workshop, “Shop Smart, Eat Well”.
The “Shop Smart, Eat Well” workshops are beginning on Thursday, 20 April 2017. If you’re in the Redlands, Queensland or surrounding areas, you won’t want to miss it.
What you’ll learn at this workshop is:
- how to create a seasonal ‘menu’ according to what your family eat
- how to never run out of food
- how to keep a running total of what is exactly in your pantry, fridge or freezer at all times
- how to quickly create your shopping list
- how to use up ingredients that are nearing their “best before” date
- how to change your recipes without too much trouble, and
- how to SAVE MONEY once and for all at the supermarket.
The ultimate goal in completing this workshop is to show you how you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars per week on your groceries. You can still have an abundance of food (plus all your other common items you buy at the supermarket like cleaning products, toiletries and other consumable products) but you don’t need to part with your hard earned cash.
You don’t need to be a gourmet cook to prepare the meals.
You don’t need hundreds of fancy cookbooks to create recipes.
You still eat nutritious, healthy food from all the major food groups.
You’ll get great recipes your whole family will enjoy.
Find out all the hidden gems of the Redlands for bargains and great deals on meat, fruit and vegetables and other grocery items.
All you need is an open mind, a willingness to change the way you’ve always done your grocery shopping and an appetite for coffee and homemade cake. (Refreshments will be provided, baked by yours truly.)
Just imagine what you could do with all that extra money you save on your groceries! I know what it feels like to go away to the beach every 3 months for a few days. As a stay at home mum, I enjoy spending my money on the finer things in life like French perfume, buying good quality electrical goods and having the money for my children’s extracurricular activities. Food is something we need. It’s an essential part of our lives but it doesn’t have to cost a fortune. With a few simple ‘tricks’ I’m going to teach you how to beat the supermarkets at their own game and have the money in your pocket, not theirs.
You’ll also learn my quick tricks and tips to be prepared when it comes to filling lunchboxes, feeding hungry tummies and how to get a meal on the table in less than 30 minutes.
Spots are strictly limited on this workshop and they are filling up fast. Get in early to secure your place. Invite a friend to come along for coffee and cake and learn how to save money on your groceries, once and for all. A nice way to spend a morning out. PLUS there’ll be a lucky door prize that will come in very handy. (More info to come.)
When: Thursday, 20 April 2017 from 9:30am until 11:30am
Where: Redlands Community Centre, 29 Loraine Street, Capalaba
Workshop materials, morning tea, tea, coffee and water will be provided.
(Please advise at time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions.)
Parking is available outside the Redlands Community Centre but is limited. Parking is also available in streets adjacent to the Centre or park in the Capalaba Central Shopping Centre and walk up.
To book your place now, head to the online booking system. I look forward to seeing you there.
